Summer Cleanse and Detox Class with Jenna Sullivan – June 17, 2024

Over the summer, it can feel good to consume lighter, more energizing, “in season”
foods. Summer gives us longer days, more light, greater activity, and for many, less
of a need for food as opposed to winter when many of us eat more, take more naps,
spend more time indoors, and tend to move a bit more slowly. Spring allows us to
let go of these toxins and the heaviness of winter, while summer allows us to truly
thrive with energy and vitality.

When we have a buildup of toxicity in our systems, we simply don’t feel good. We
may feel tired and sluggish while carrying around extra weight. Our sleep and skin
may be affected, which can all create more stress. Add to that, work, family and
